Tereza Kacerova has kidnapped Luka Garrett after losing custody to his father and taken him to the Czech Republic. There are open Federal and State warrants out for her arrest for felony kidnapping. She has serious psychiatric issues and has been ORDERED to return the child to the father and return him to his stable life in America.

She has been spreading vicious lies and deceiving members of the general public about this case from the beginning, convincing good-hearted and well-intentioned people of the complete falsehoods she fabricated.
